Processing time
We do our best to ship your order the same day when it's placed before 2pm PT, but most orders ship within 1–3 business days. In some instances it may take up to 7 days before items ship, for example during big sale and clearance events or new product launches. Women's apparel can take up to 10 business days to process, and overnight/expedited shipping is not available for women's apparel. Larger or heavy items may ship directly from the manufacturer.
Tracking
As soon as your shipping label is created, we'll email you a tracking link.
US shipping rates
- California: $9.99 standard
- Rest of the contiguous US: $12.99 standard
- Alaska, Hawaii and US islands: $11.99 standard
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $75+
- Express: $29.99
- Next Day Air: $89.95
Standard US delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships. If you need your order by a specific date, please add 3 business days for processing to your shipping method's transit time. We can't control courier delays once a package has left our store.
International shipping
We ship internationally! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Free local pickup – Davis store
Choose in-store pickup at checkout to collect your order at 340 G Street, Suite C, Davis, CA 95616. Orders are ready within 24 hours, usually the same business day when placed before 2pm PT. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready, or if there's a delay. Call us when you arrive and we'll bring your order out to you.
Free local delivery
Local delivery is free to Solano and Yolo Counties on orders of $75 or more.
Back orders
Back-ordered items ship as soon as they're available. We may ship available items first, or hold the order until the back-ordered item restocks. If a back-ordered item will take longer than 7–10 days to restock, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like to wait or cancel.
Gift wrap
Free gift wrap is available on online orders of $25+. Add it with the "Add Free Gift Wrap" button on the product page or in the cart, and add your message in the cart's Special instructions box. (Gift wrap is always free in our Davis boutique.)
