Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your orders the same day (if orders received before 2pm PST) but most orders will ship between 1-3 business days. 

In some instances it may take up to 7 days before the items are shipped from our store.  Larger or heavy items may ship directly from the manufacturer.  Back ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.  If the back ordered item takes longer than 7-10 days to restock, we will send you an email to confirm whether you would like to wait or cancel.
