Shipping

We strive to ship all orders the same day for all orders placed before 2pm PST.  In some cases it may take 1-3 businesses to process your order before shipping, depending on the item(s) ordered.  If for any reason an item is sold out, on back order, recently discontinued (sometimes our system may be a little behind on back order or discontinued stock updates before your order is placed).  In those instances, we will contact you via email with options or ship items as they come back in stock or cancel and refund the unavailable items and ship the balance of your order.

If you ordered multiple items but not all are ready to ship, we may ship what is available first and items that are out of stock and any back ordered items will ship as soon as they become available again. We may in some instances hold your entire order and wait for the back ordered item to restock before shipping depending on lead times.

Typical processing times:

1) Children's Apparel: ships same-day or within 1-3 days. Actual delivery depends on the courier and shipping method you choose upon checkout. This ads an additional 1-10 business days for you to receive your product.

2) Women's Apparel: ships same-day or can take up to 10 days to process before shipping. We make every effort to ship all orders quickly and within 1-3 business days but keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days for order processing. This does not include actual transit time from the courier based on the shipping method you choose. PLEASE NOTE OVERNIGHT/EXPEDITED DELIVERY IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR WOMEN'S APPAREL.
