Q:  When will my order ship?

A:  We typically ship your orders within the same day if the order was placed before 2pm (PST) but it can take up to 3 business days to ship from our facility. THERE ARE TIMES WHERE OUR INTERNAL ORDER PROCESSING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS (FOR EXAMPLE, DURING HUGE SALE AND CLEARANCE EVENTS, NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES, ETC. DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT INCREASE TO THE VOLUME OF ORDERS RECEIVED) so please be aware. Please factor courier delivery estimates into this as additional time for your package to arrive. If you are local to the Solano/Yolo/Sacramento Counties, you may also order online for in-store pick-up the same day (we will send you an email once your order is ready for pick-up. If you do not receive an email, you may call us to check the status). All orders over $25 come with complimentary gift wrapping.  We also offer free delivery to Solano & Yolo Counties).

If orders are needed to arrive by a specific date, please add 3 business days to the shipping method you choose to get a better estimate if your package will arrive by the date you expect. Also please keep in mind we can not control any courier delays to the delivery after the package has left our store.

 

Q:  Do you offer Gift Wrapping? 

A:  Yes!  We offer complimentary Gift Wrapping for orders greater than or equal to $25. Please note Gift Wrapping is not available on final sale items and during our Sale-on-Sale clearance events. Gift wrapping will be limited to QTY (2) per order of $50 or less.  Our signature wrapping is with a gender neutral kraft paper with a signature colored box in either kraft, lime green, or purple with either a lime green satin hand tied bow or a purple hand tie bow and coordinating Greeting Card with your custom message. (We reserve the right to substitute wrapping or update/change wrapping color, materials, etc. as needed and appropriate based on the order or gift item and can cancel or limit the amount of Free Gift Wrapping per order.)

When more than one gift wrap request is made on the same order, please put into the gift wrap notes, which items you would like wrapped together. Otherwise, we reserve the right to combine items into one box if no designation or request is made at the time of the order. Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  We have one of the most customer-friendly and generous return policies of all boutiques around!  Many do not allow returns at all and may only offer store credit but NOT BUBBLE BELLY!  We take pride in everything that we offer in our store and work hard to ensure the highest quality standards have been met prior to shipping but we know sometimes things don't always work out.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and THANK YOU for Shopping Small with an independent business!  If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly issue a FULL refund for your order on any regular priced merchandise (less any shipping charges) as long as items are returned to us within 14 days from the date of your receipt of the package (the date shown delivered from your tracking number). For women's apparel and accessories, you must notify us to receive a Return Authorization within 7 days from the date of your receipt of the product (date shown as delivered on the tracker). Once you receive the Return Authorization number from us, you have up to 7 business days to return the item to us.

THIS IS FOR ALL REGULAR PRICED ITEMS as long as all items are in the original new condition, with all original tags attached, and if items do not have any odors, pet hair, or signs of wear or damage.  ALL PROMO/SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WHERE NOTED OR WILL ONLY QUALIFY FOR STORE CREDIT. Any regular priced items with a Return Authorization but received past the 14 days after your original receipt date but before 30 days will still qualify for a store credit.

We carefully inspect and package all items by hand before they are shipped to you and make sure all items meet all our quality standards before leaving our facility.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide a reason for return before shipping any items back to us.  We are not responsible for any returns without an RA number and no refunds will be issued without an RA number issued by us.  All packages must be shipped using a track-able method, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and can use any carrier of their choice as long as it is track-able.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED BY US SO PLEASE REMEMBER TO USE A METHOD THAT PROVIDES TRACKING AND ALSO BUY ADDITIONAL INSURANCE AT YOUR DISCRETION!  The customer is also responsible for keeping all receipts for any delivery service or carrier used to confirm when packages are returned.  Use our Contact Form or contact us via email for all return inquires or questions:  customerrelations@shopbubblebelly.com  We are here to help!  For more details about possible restocking fees, see questions below.

 

Q:  Do you supply Return Shipping Labels and what if I need to return something past 14 days noted above?

A:  In the event an item was defective or damaged by the designer or manufacturer, we will issue you a return label for return of the goods to us. You must notify us ASAP if the item was received with a designer/manufacturer defect; notify us within 7 days from your receipt date.  For all other reasons (e.g. you changed your mind, you ordered the incorrect size, etc.), you are responsible for paying for the return of the goods.  We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the items as long as all items are RECEIVED back at our facility within the 14 days time frame noted above after your receipt of the original shipment. This applies to REGULAR PRICED ITEMS ONLY.  If items are received after the 14 days, there may be a restocking fee of 20-50%, depending on when we receive it back. Items received after the 14 days will qualify for a store credit only. PROMO/SALE/CLEARANCE items are only eligible for store credit and accepted if the item has a Return Authorization and is received back at our store within 30 days from your receipt date. RESTOCKING FEES MAY APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

If package is received 14-21 days after your original receipt date:  20% restocking fee applied, the balance will be refunded to you minus any original shipping charges

If package is received 22-29 days after your original receipt date:  30% restocking fee applied, the balance will be refunded to you minus any original shipping charges

If package is received 30+ days after your original receipt date:  50% restocking fee applied, the balance will be refunded to you minus any original shipping charges

All returns received within the stated 14 days of delivery will receive a full refund depending on whether it is Children's Apparel or Women's Apparel, granted it was returned with an Return Authorization number (for expeditious processing).

 

Q:  What if I have a question about sizing or measurements that are not listed in the product descriptions?

A:  Feel free to send us an email or fill out our Contact Form and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.  Please provide your order number and name on the original order so we can best pull up your order record.  Can't wait?  No worries!  Give us a call within store business hours and we will try to help as best as we can:  530.231.5538

 

Q:  Do you offer Gift Cards?

A:  Our Gift Cards are available in electronic format and can be emailed to you or your lucky recipients.  Once you check out, you will receive an email confirmation with the Gift Card Code.  Be sure to keep it safe and only forward to your recipient.  You may also choose to print it and mail it to them but emailing is a great way to surprise your recipient without delay!  If you would like a physical gift card (we can also do that for you if you place your Gift Card orders over the phone with our Davis, CA store 530.231.5538.  We will include a personal note with the Gift Card that can then be used locally at our boutique).  Gift Cards never expire and there is never any processing fee or card charges like other companies.  It's the most flexible, convenient gift and you will be sure they will LOVE it!  This is a great option if you are unsure of size, color, likes, etc.  Ready to give the most flexible gift?

 

Q:  How much is shipping?

A:  We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders greater than or equal to $100 USD.  Otherwise, Standard Ground Shipping Rates (2-5 business days delivery) is $7.99-$9.99 for the USA (these are current rates and are subject to change at anytime). Updated pricing options will always show on your checkout page.
