Return Policy

We pride ourselves in having a generous Return Policy for our customers.  We are confident in the quality of our products and stand behind every product we offer in our boutique.  However, we understand sometimes things just don't work out.

Unlike other small shops in town or on the web, we do not force you to keep it just because you bought it!  If you are not happy with it or change your mind for any reason, you can return it. Full refund of price paid for regular priced items (minus original shipping fees) if item is returned for receipt by us within 14 days. Sale items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  **PLEASE NOTE THE EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY ARE WITH PRE-ORDERS OR SPECIAL, CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS. THESE ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED AND ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT.***

For all regular purchases, if you change your mind, ordered the wrong item/color, etc, as long as all original tags are attached, there are no stains, odors, pet hair/fur or damage to the item and the item is in resalable condition, we will gladly accept the item back for a full refund (minus any shipping charges).  You are responsible for shipping charges to return an item and must use a method that can be tracked.  We are not responsible for and can not issue refunds for any items we do not receive.

All sale or clearance items are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 30 days from your original receipt date. Regular priced items returned after the 14 days but before 30 days, we proudly offer a store credit.  The store credit never expires and can be used any time either online or in-store. SALE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR SEMI-ANNUAL CLEARANCE EVENT OR WHERE THERE ARE ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS ("SALE ON SALE"), ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES. NO MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.  Please check our FAQs for more info on restocking fees that may apply based on the timing of your return for regular priced items or regular sale items.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and for using a safe, shipping method with tracking.  We are not responsible for any returns shipped without tracking, lost packages, damages during return shipping, etc.  We take extra care to inspect each and every item before it ships and take extra care to package items so they arrive in perfect condition.  Please be sure to contact us within 2 days after receipt of your order if items exhibit any designer/manufacture defects that we may have missed.

For any items that feature a designer/manufacturer defect, we will provide the return shipping labels and will exchange it for the same item.  If the same items or size is no longer available, we will offer like items for exchange or issue a full refund as mutually agreed upon.

All returns must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number prior to return.  Packages returned without a valid RA or without first contacting us will be returned to sender.
